A moving story

I've been meaning to share this story of our selling and buying a house. A lot of this is random coincidence: the buyers of our house send their children to Ruffing Montessori in Rocky River, you may ask how do you know this. Well a friend of ours sends her children there. They went to a family function there, started talking with this mom whose son is a friend of their daughter in class. They mentioned they just move to Westlake, and through conversation my friend's husband determined that this family is living in our old house. Pretty weird. Second coincidence, the sellers of our new house are moving to Ohio, originally we thought they were moving to Cleveland area but alas not, they are moving to the Toledo area. Yes this is a small world.
