things are looking up

Yesterday my mom had a PICC line inserted - so she can come home and have IV antibiotic treatment at home under a visiting nurse's care. Look's like that will be for about 2 weeks. She seems in really good spirits - and the medical professionals are talking that she could very well get off the oxygen - definitely for daytime and hopefully night too. My dad is feeling better about things too - I think it helped alot to have my brother and his wife come. We had a nice family dinner last night - and if all things go well - my mom should be discharged today. Keep your fingers, toes crossed. And thanks for all the healing energy, candles, prayers and vibes. I think it helped.
