Last weekend Jane O'Connor visited Greensboro on a 3 city book tour promoting her new chapter book, Super Sleuth. Jane read her newest picture book Fancy Nancy and the Mermaid Ballet, which Natalee enjoyed a lot. We got a few books, one as a birthday present for the birthday party we attended later that day, then 2 for Natalee to read - the chapter book and a picture book. We also picked up one for her teacher Mr. MJ for Teacher Appreciation week, The 100th day of school. We had all these books signed too, which makes them extra special gifts.
Balancing banana's on their heads like Fancy Nancy does with a book. With a banana you don't have to worry about damaging a book.
