Can I wear my cleats to school?

Natalee has caught the soccer bug. She asked on Sunday is she had a game (she already had one on Saturday). Then we had practice yesterday - so today when she got home she wanted to know if she had soccer. She also wanted to wear her cleats to school today. I had a hard time convincing her they were not allowed at school. But she kept saying - I want to run fast and it makes me run fast!!! She only has 2 games left, I am wondering what will happen when she can't play soccer until spring again.
