New Family Picnic at Peeler

For dinner tonight we went to the Peeler Open School new family picnic. This is the school that Natalee will be attending in the fall. We had a grand time meeting other families, playing on the play ground, touring the gardens and school. Two students gave the tour, one a recent graduate - she is now a 6th grader and a 4th grader. It was fun to hear them describe the school, where certain houses are: i.e.classrooms, they do a multi grade system there. The students shows us the dance studio, art studio, music room, piano studio and violin studio.  I think Natalee is sold on this school now. We still have the upcoming tea party for incoming Kindergartners and 1st graders then the open house the night before school starts. I am hoping this is a good start to the new school year.
