How do you eat your corn on the cob?

This has been an on going discussion in my family ever since I found out Dave eats his corn Lathe style.  In fact I remember when we discovered that - we were all up at the cottage eating corn, we I noticed how differently he was eating his corn compared to my family. In fact the only people I know who eat corn that way is Dave and his family. So today I decided to google this question and came up with the survey results from Cooking Light. What is your corn eating style, typewriter or lathe? Does the style you choose mean your a conformist, more intelligent, or something else.
