This week at preschool is Circus week. The children are doing special projects and games all week. Then tomorrow they get to dress as their favorite circus performer. Natalee has chosen to be a tiger. Luckily for me, someone in my babysitting co-op had tiger ears, then I stopped by Joanne Fabrics and found some tiger fabric remnant, which I turned into a dress with a long tiger tail. Natalee just loves her tiger dress and is now planning on wearing it for Halloween. During dinner tonight I was looking at her as she ate her meal wearing her tiger dress and ears. She was beaming, which made me all misty. She is getting to be such a grown up girl. Where is the time going. On Saturday she also gets to wear the dress to school again. It's Dad's day, where the student gets to invite their dad or special friend to the Greatest Show on Earth. All will be entertained by the magic of Zap the Wonder Guy, make a circus craft and have yummy snack. Because it wouldn't be a circus without a yummy snack.
