Dave and Benner at the West Side Market

The son of friend of Dave's from the days when he lived in Germany, man that was a long time ago - pre-me - so that is like a a a a . . . . . approximately 18 years ago. Yikes!!! Where has time gone. At anyrate Benner arrived on Tuesday afternoon, so we took him out to dinner at the Moosehead Saloon - he had corn beef nacho's - yes that does sound odd but he liked it. Instead of tortilla chips they used fresh fried potato chips. Then yesterday we visited the West Side Market, he really enjoyed that and so did Natalee. She got a free shamrock sugar cookie from a vendor there. Not too mention that we purchased more of her favorite Noodle's from Ohio City Pasta, green and orange. Yes she picks them based on color. Then Nat and I went back home for lunch and her therapy appointment. Dave and Benner went out to lunch at The Melt - which he thoroughly enjoyed like any 20 year old would - then onto the Rock'n'Roll hall of fame. Today - they checked out a DYI superstore - Lowe's then drove through the Metropark with a stop at the Phoenix for a coffee/tea before coming back to pick us up to drive to the Yoder's farm in Apple Creek. After our farm visit we stopped at Lehman's -- a back to basic's store, the Lodi Outlet mall - which was very disheartening because so many of the stores and restaurants have closed up so there were not many shopping opportunities for him. On the way home we stopped at Chipotle's for dinner.
