walking spirituality
okay - today I really needed to get out for a walk with another adult beside my husband. So luckily for me - my girlfriend Sarah was available. It was just the medicine I needed today. I truly feel refreshed. We talked about travel, spirituality, children and life. And I really feel renewed and ready to hit the world again. Thanks Sarah.
