Easter Scramble at the Rec Center - cold and swampy but fun.

Easter Water Carnival last night. She was so excited to see the Easter Bunny this year. Amazing what a year does.

So the last two days have been busy busy busy - with all the Easter fun preparations. Last night we went to the Easter Water Carnival again at the Rec Center for a 3 yr in a row. The last time I attended it was 2 years ago - they have more kid's 2 years ago than last night. Plus they also had the Bubble Lady perform. Last night they hunted easter eggs in the kiddie pool, followed by games in the other pools, like fishing for ducks in the lazy river, ring toss by the circle pool, golfing at the lap pool and bowling by the bleachers. The last station - you turned in your easter eggs for a goody bag from the Easter Bunny. Natalee absolutely adored the bunny this. Which was a real plus since we got several pictures of her with the bunny.

Today we attended the Easter Scramble at the Rec Center playground. It's been a bit wet and mushy up here since the snow storm a few days ago. We arrived just as it was there turn to hunt for candy - she did a great job of finding lot's of candy. Her friend Rio from school wasn't as successful but she shared with Rio. Then after Daddy and her returned from shopping she went to share some candy with our neighbor Nora - who didn't get that much candy. My girl is growing up. I can't believe how big and mature she is becoming.
