This past December we won passes to Polar Blast at Brandywine at the Westlake Early Childhood PTA auction. Today we finally got an opportunity to use them. After dropping Bappa and Uncle Bill off at the airport we drove down to Brandywine which is a ski hill, Polar Blast is the tubbing hill. We all had a blast, especially Natalee. At the bottom of the hill you pick up tubes and ride the moving sidewalk to the top of the snow hill. Where courtesy workers monitor riders to make sure now one gets hurt. Then they offer to push or spin you down the hill. We started off just going down as one big happy family - we tied our tubes together. It was a blast. Then we graduated to going down by ourselves. The very last one - Natalee asked to be spun. She had the biggest smile on her face going down the hill. This is a must do activity for next year.
