Successful Day

Today was Nat's first day at camp. It went extremely well. The head teacher and her supporting teacher were amazed. They have worked with kids that have high anxiety - she didn't exhibit much anxiety at all. She played with another little boy - on the farm toys, read books, painted a fish. She had just a tad bit of trouble transitioning to the big play toys. So they put a chair in the doorway of the classroom so they could see her and she could see them. She sat there are few minutes - then she was off playing on the teetor-tottor, bikes, climbing thing - all of it. She was so excited about camp - that she had to bring home her fish that she painted so I could see it. Here she is with her fish at camp. I hope tomorrow goes as well to.
