Sunday

Today was a wonderful day - blue skies, plenty of sunshine, Nat napped - we met Tamara for ice cream at the Honey Hut in Old Brooklyn - neat little area. Then off to Boo at the Zoo. Nightmare to get into park - long lines - but luckily we were close by so we didn't have to wait in line as long as Allison and fam did. But I remember that when we went to Earth day at the Zoo last year - there has to be a better way. I talked with Dave tonight and suggested maybe tailgating next year to avoid the lines into the Zoo.

Today my brother took my father down to see my mom in the hospital. Unfortunately my mom had a rough night - not alot of sleep. So hopefully tonight will be better. Tomorrow we get the lab results back - so hopefully they will know what medication to use - to know this bug out of the park. A dietician came in to meet with my mom about eating better and ways to gain weight. She is now down to 105 lbs - pretty scary. The dietician suggested Ensure/Boost - not good we found out talking with the nutritionist this week - they are all full of sugar - which is inflammatory. So I'm on the hunt for good nutrient sound treats I can bring into her to help boost her body weight and get her healthy again. If you have any idea's - post them or email me.
