Yesterday was the perfect Father's day according to the Dad. ;O) - Nat slept all night - YEAH!!!, she woke up and climb in bed with us - bring all 6 Shrek dolls, (Shrek, Fiona, Gingy, Mouse, Puss n Boots and Puppet aka pinochoe ) we snuggled for awhile - the cat's came and joined us - then she had to go and get some stuffed animals - finally we all got up, dressed and went out to breakfast at the Melt Dave's most favorite breakfast place. Can't wait to try their patio this summer. After breakfast - where Dave had the chorizo omelet, I had peanut butter, banana, chocolate chip waffles and Nat had french fries - we went to her PEE WEE OLYMPIC's at Westlake Rec Center. She was a bit timid at first -meaning that lately she doesn't like to walk into new situations with a ton of people she doesn't know. Which can be very challenging. But after some hand holding, carrying and mom participating in some of the events - she had a blast. Got her face painted, a medal for participation and played up the parachute tent with big and little kids - i.e. big kids = parents. Here are few pic's - one of her medal and one of her tattoo.
