corn on the cob and mussels

Okay - so Dave and I really miss living in the Netherlands because of all the great mussels you could get. So this week we noticed that Henien's had mussels on sale so we purchased 2 bags - invited my folks over dinner and Dave got a dozen ears of corn from the trade show booth people he spent the day with yesterday. mmmm mmm good, we all enjoyed the mussels and corn. Natalee just loved the corn - couldn't get her to eat the mussels but someday. Every time we have mussels Dave and I talk about the mussel festival we went to in The Netherlands - what a culinary experience someday I would like to repeat it.
